I'm not getting the emails on a regular basis - can you help? 

First, try adding us to the address book in your email program (the email address is no-reply at WriteItOffClub dot com).  The second thing you can do is regularly check your spam box, to make sure your spam filter isn't catching the emails. Thirdly, try adjusting the level of spam control on your email.  One of those remedies should work. 

I can't download the PDF attachment you sent me. 

PDF files can be read on most computer systems, but not all.  If you can't figure out another way to download the file, contact us and we'll try to get it to you in another form. Please be sure to let us know what kind of computer system you're working with --- Mac or PC -- and what kind of software you're using.  

I can't download the sound file you sent. 

Try saving it to your computer's hard drive, then opening it with a program like Real Audio, Quicktime or another program designed to play audio and/or video. 

I can't make it onto the teleseminar call this month - help!  

Don't worry.  We'll make every single one of them available to you afterwards, by sending a link to an MP3 file that can be downloaded, or played on your computer.  That way, you can listen when it's best for you, in the comfort of your own home. 

I want to send a question for you to answer on a teleseminar call. How can I do that?

We'll send out an email before each call, asking you to send your questions in advance, with instructions on how to do so. We're very happy to have your questions, and will get to as many of them as possible on each call. 

Is Alyson coming to my area soon?

Does Alyson ever take part in book groups? 

Absolutely! Alyson has made herself available on the past for conference calls with book groups, to talk about her books and her work. Please let us know if you'd be interested in having her appear by contacting us using the Contact Form.

Can I pay for my membership with my credit card? 

We only accept PayPal payments now, but in the near future, will be accepting other methods of payment as well. PayPal accepts most major credit cards, or transfer directly from your bank account.  They are safe and secure as well.
